[Gmsh] pipe with several outlets

I'm wondering if there is a way to model a round pipe with several round 
pipes coming out of it. I'm using Openflower, for personal projects and 
I was wondering if this was a limitation of gmsh. I guess I can create 
this geometry by exporting an STL from pro/e or even Blender.org. Then I 
would save it as .geo and clean up the pipe and take advantage of the 
points around each outlet pipe to create the transition.
