[gl2ps] What should PS and PDF output look like for examples?

Hi Eric - It's a well-known bug in Apple's Preview.app, which doesn't
support (yet?) '/ShadingType 4'. Adobe Acrobat, Ghostscript, etc.,
should all render the files correctly.
