[gl2ps] about displacement in paper space

You must use gl2psviewport, considering 1 pixel = 0.035277 cm.
It is postscript standard.
Orientation is in gl2ps beginpage options (obviously you can also use
glRotate using rotation 90°).
Position depends on your OpenGl, using glOrtho, for example, the origin is
the center.
