[gl2ps] Rotated text in PS patch

Hi,

I attach a patch against 1.2.4 for rotated text support in PS.
We have to decide where the rotation axis is for various alignments,
but menawhile we have some de-facto "standard" (it was hust the
easiest to implement). I am already using it, I hope this will get
into some future revision.
