[Gmsh] Order of accuracy of Curl/Gradient plugins

Hi,

What is the order of accuracy of the Curl plugin (and the Gradient plugin)? 
Does it use all the data in the element  and its neighbors or is it a 
first-order approximation using cell-averages? I looked at the source code 
but couldn't figure it out.
