[Gmsh] 3D MESH DONE.... WITHOUT 3D ELEMENTS

There is not much I can tell you. You can try yourself the options under Tools->Options->Mesh, e.g. different algorithms (Delaunay, Frontal) for 2D and 3D meshing ("General" tab), "compute element sizes from curvature" ("Advanced" tab), etc. It's a bit trial and error.
BTW, you'd better put the gmsh list on CC if you want to give other people on the list a chance to reply to your posts.

HTH,

Matthias

Thank you very much mr Matthias for your interesting.
can you propose me a combination of options for a 3d mesh to a curved volume ?

Thank you again for your help

Hi,

in my gmsh (2.8.3, Windoze 7) I don't see a volume in Tools->Visibility. AFAIK the OCC error indicates that gmsh has problems importing your geometry. It seems to contain some free-form surfaces, and I don't know how good gmsh is with those.
I cannot help you further here, sorry - I am not a gmsh developer, and I don't know all about gmsh...
Let's hope that someone of the real gmsh gurus reads this post and has the time to look into your case.

Matthias

How can I check out this? . In the Visibility menu appears that there is a volume which connects all the surfaces.

And one more
when I try some options (like Mesh.SecondOrderIncomplete=1;) I get the following Erros OCC Project Point on surface FaiL

Please help me because I have a DeadLine.....

Hi,

your geometry does not contain any volumes, so no 3D mesh possible.

Hi
I want to create a 3d mesh for my thesis to the following step file but I cannot. The only thing that gmsh produce are triangle elements.
Can you help me with this please....
