[Gmsh] Tetrahedrons of order greater than 2

Hello,

Could somebody be kind enough to help me with the creation of a geo file 
in order to make, with the command line gmsh, a basic mesh.

The volume is a cube. The mesh is structured (or not), made of 
tetrahedrons of order 3, 4 or 5. 
A physical group is defined 
that gives the list of all degrees of freedom that are on the bottom 
and top faces.
