[Gmsh] Wrong topology

 Hello!

 I wont to remesh a distorted mesh with command "Compound Surface" but
 wen  I  form  geo  file  and  start 3D meshing i got warning "Wrong
 Topology". Meshing continue but result 3D mesh have bugs and do not
 open  with Gmesh. As a result I can not continue calculation of plastic
 deformation on next iterations.

 I  made  a simple example for experiments with remeshing, but I again
 got the same result.

 Please, help me understand what I done wrong.
