[Gmsh] Generating msh file from *.ele, *.node and *.face

Hello,

I am trying to generate a msh file readable in gmsh from tetgen/triangle
output but could not get the boundaries to work. It's a 4 million nodes
domain.

The *.ele file have attributes 4 1
while *.face has no attributes "0" with the first few lines

1036706	0
0	1	0	2
1	0	1	3767203
2	2	0	3774486
3	9146	0	3767201
4	0	9146	3774472
5	3767201	0	3767203

I have a msh file generated based on the *.ele and *.node file (copy of
image is attached). How do I get the boundaries from *.face to work in the msh file.
