[Gmsh] Bug? Error: Control Points not Cocircular

I was aware of that. I used two arcs of 90° to get one arc of 180°. So
basically one whole circle is made of four arcs.

I tried to do a minimal example to show you my problem, but i wasn't
able to reproduce it. So with a slightly different way of scripting
everything works fine. 
I couldn't find any error in my script, but that doesn't really say
there isn't any. Seems I need some additional time to get used to gmsh.
