[Gmsh] Undocumented keyboard shortcuts?

Hello,

I have been reading the user manual and noticed that some commands are
not documented on Section 8.5 (page 133 onwards).  They are as follows:

Shift-f:	Display file menu
Shift-h:	Display help menu
Shift-q:	Does/Display something?
Shift-t:	Display Tools menu

Alt-d:	Displays something
Alt-g:	Toggle display of graphs


Are there more that we don't know of?
