[Gmsh] question...

Dear Sir/Madam:

I have recently installed gmsh on my computer and it is working fine. I
have the following problem and need help.

I created a surface mesh and saved file with .msh option (version 1).
The file has node list and then the element list. The element list have
various element types, such as element type 1 (lines), element type 2
(triangles) and so on.

Is there any way to specify all elements to be of one type, in this
case as type 1 (lines)?
