[Gmsh] problem with structured mesh volume

hello,

I am trying to make a structured mesh of annular cylindrical shells surrounded 
by a half sphere.

the annular volume is meshed correctly because it is made by extrusion but i 
don't succeed to have the half sphere volume to be meshed.

I just wonder if you have any hint to give me in order to obtain the final 
mesh
