[gl2ps] Artifacts in postscript output

Hi list,

I've run into an issue with the postscript generator. We are rendering
a series of quads to create a styled plot, and it looks like the quads
are being split into triangles with a noticeable gap between them (see
attached raster and gl2ps postscript images). I suspect that this is
related to the gl2psCreateSplitPrimitive function. I'll be looking
into fixing this over the next day or so, and any
pointers/guidance/tips/ideas will be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Dave
