[gl2ps] LINE_LOOP and LINE_STRIP improvements?

Hi again!

Line patterns and line joins are corrupted the way, gl2ps treats them
currently. As line paths are split into a set of segments, patterns and
joins do not appear the way they should. I modified gl2psTest and added
a zigzag-line for demonstration. Is there a chance to keep original line
paths in order to solve these problems?
