[gl2ps] PDF not same as rendered image

Here's another question for those working with gl2ps. I have an 
OpenGL object where render to the screen looks good, but the 
postscript output shows triangles of different color. I've included 
the example images. Any help would be much appreciated. This happens 
with both bsp and simple sorting.
