[gl2ps] PDFs being produced not viewable from 1.2.1

- Do you open your files in binary mode (fopen(file, "wb"))?

- Is blending enabled in your OpenGL code? You might want to use the
GL2PS_NO_BLENDING option to turn it off in gl2ps for now.
