[gl2ps-announce] New GL2PS release: 1.2.7

I've just released GL2PS 1.2.7.

This new release fixes a bug (introduced in version 1.2.3) that could
cause sorting to be inverted in BSP-sorting mode in certain cases. Many
thanks to Shahzad at CERN for elucidating the mystery! The release also
adds (very) experimental support for SVG and PGF output formats, and
provides a cleaner internal structure for adding new formats.

All users of versions 1.2.3, 1.2.4, 1.2.5 and 1.2.6 are strongly
encouraged to upgrade to this new release.
