[Getdp] No system available error in EigenSolve

Hello to GetDP comunity,
I tried to solve 2d eigenvalue problem in block resonator using  
EigenSolve, but I faced some error:
GetDP   : Error     : No System available for EigenSolve: check 'DtDt' and  
'GenerateSeparate'

I controlled the pro file, but I did not find any obious error. Could you  
please bu so kind and tell me, if you see anything in it? i attach problem  
file derived from he wiki files (MWE).

My next question regards EigenSolve arguments. I would like to know what  
is meant by Real and Imaginary shift in the documentation. Should this  
mean that the eigenfrequency will be searched in some interval around some  
frequencies?

As I am pretty new to GetDP, so I will appreciate any comments.
