[Getdp] Mixed element example

Greetings!

Does anyone have example input files where elements of different order (e.g, linear and quadratic) 
are used?  When I tried this with an electrostatic problem, it looked to me like all of the elements 
were treated as second order, so I must have made a mistake somewhere.
