[Getdp] Magnetodynamics a-v formulation 3D ?

Hello everybody,
 
I have spent some time trying to make a 3D example based on the example in the 
documentation (a-v-formulation, 2D, magnetodynamics) - but am apparently too 
stupid, cant get it running.

So I thought maybe someone has done that already and could post an example ?

I am aware of the 3D magnetodynamics example in the wiki, but would like to 
avoid the H-phi-formulation ....
