[Getdp] Neuman boundary conditions for Electrostatic model

Dear friends,
Sorry, for the stupid question (the book of A.Bossavit is on it's way to
me):  how can I set non-homogeneous Neumann boundary condition to the
Electrostatic model (from GetDP Manual)? 
May be there is an examples? (I don't find any in mailing list and GetDP
Wiki)
