[Getdp] contacting other machine designers using getdp

Hi,

I am ocnsidering using getDP and gmsh for machine design, and would like to
get into contact with other people using this software for similar purposes.

One of the things I would like to find out is how the software compares to
other commercial packages. We struggle to buy commercial software due to the
prices ($US = lots of south african rands).

I would also like to find out how easily calculations such as flux linkage
and force on various bodies are to do.
